"This piece explores presence as an act of self-containment shaped by its surroundings, where our relationship with the ground is negotiated through fracture and balance. This tension is amplified by the contrast between a plain, monolithic concrete slab and the irregular, organic relief of my dental imprints. Stripping naked, though an ordinary and routine action to some extent, can also become a ritualistic gesture of acceptance—a fleeting sanctuary within one's own body, even when confined by the spatial limits of society, like the rigid blocks we walk on every day."
